Is that something possible the mikrotik can rb3011 can do?

Yes the routers can route.

From a throughput perspective, a 3011 might not be the most ideal - i’d consider a 4011 or smaller CCR.

Question though.. Is your ISP advertising your /24 and routing it to you?
