route traffic between 2 networks

hello !
first, i am sorry for my bad English
Second, excuse me i am a beginner

this is a simple diagram of my network

i need to route traffic from network 1: 192.168.100.0/24 to network 2: 10.10.20.0/24
so i can share files from PC1 and receive them from PC2 and vise versa

what settings need to be done on both servers ?

In order to route the traffic (of entire 192.168.100.0 network) , your Mikrotik-1 should stay between the swtich and Nanostation…

how is it make difference if mikrotik 1 between the switch and nanostation ?
