Route traffic to it's IPSec Peers

Hi Community,

I have been using Mikrotik for quite some time now, but I still do not know what is the correct steps to move forward.

I have successfully setup IPSec VPN connection using this guide https://support.surfshark.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012906220-Mikrotik-router-tutorial-with-IKEv2

In fact I have setup a list of peers and all of them have successfully connected. They are in active peer list.

I know how to route specific devices on the network to it’s respective peers. (In Mode Config and Identities)

Question here is how do I route like how do I route specific traffic to selective peers

Youtube traffic → US peer

Some thailand site: Bangkok peer

Netflix → US peer

Others → Australia peer
