Route youtube

I have to route youtube to another WAN interface.
I tried with some IP ranges, no success.
I tried with another method: script to search on DNS records for “youtube”, send thats IPs to an address-list, route traffic to that address-list to desired WAN gateway, but even this way is not so efficent!
Pls, does exist any other way to route youtube to speccific gateway or WAN interface?

Put all youtube IP addresses in address-list. Mark routing for said address-list under firewall mangle.

You might want to try an entry in
/ip dns static
This will override any external dns. Add an entry for each domain name youtube uses.

It might be harder than I originally thought. Google bought Youtube and they use the same IP address pool. :confused:

I have some DNS records for youtube, but I dont know if thay are enough!
I need help to find all dns that youtube uses. Does exist any tools or website for this purpose?

I would also like to know how to get the address blocks of YouTube, Facebook and the major upload/download services like Rapidshare.
So far I’ve roughly created a list of these sites. Unfortunately these address blocks aren’t that accurate, since I haven’t taken the time to go through like all 200 DNS entries to include only the matching IP addresses → instead I just used the whole Class C block.
