Router Advertisement not working after upgrade 7.0 to 7.1

Radv was working fine on interface bridge, but after routeros upgrade, clients doesn’t get a IPv6 address.

I enabled debug for radv and see this message: skip Router Advertisement sending on bridge: no link local address
I checked the IPv6 addresses, fe80:xx for bridge is missing?

Update: disable/enable Ipv6 under settings solves the problem (temp workaround?). The bridge gets a link local address and advertising works
