Do you mean limiting certain users to not seeing all information? Not really. You can take away the “sensitive” right from a group and make users belonging to that group, and they won’t be able to see passwords. But you can’t - for example - hide BGP configuration from a specific user account.

About as close as you can get. Need version 5.4 or higher, and this only applies to webfig. It does nothing about the CLI or Winbox.
