i use mikrotik for last 20 month.earlier time my distributor replace my router board which have warranty. But from few days my distributor don’t give me any warranty for any mikrotik product for any problem.they told me that mikrotik don’t give any warrenty to them so they are unable to give me warranty so please help me.sorry for bad english
I do not see how users community can help you with warranty from your distributor.
MikroTik offers 15 months warranty for boards that are purchased from MikroTik.com directly. Otherwise (board purchased somewhere else) distributor has rights for its own policy. You can purchase RouterBOARD from another distributor, if original one does not offer any warranty.
