Router crashing on ROS 7.16 with BGP

Hi
I have 4 bgp peers (cogent and hurricane electric inclusive), and since I moved to ROS7, I have random crashes, rebooted by the watchdog timer or by a kernel failure.

see below the logs of one of the crashes

Have any of you experienced this in the ros7? what would cause such behavior? rogue/conflicting updates from the uplink suppliers?

In the meantime Ive disabled cogent as when one of the crashes happened, we saw the connection going down on another country we have cogent, and has been stable since then.
Ive opened a support ticket with the autosupout file, but no reply yet.

thanks

What device are you using?

ccr2216

Anything past 7.12.1 crashes our CCR2216 - you can try installing 7.12.1 to see if its solves your issues as well.

That was the initial version that came with the router, and was crashing too. Support takes ages to reply, would you recommend going back to ROS6?

You cannot downgrade past the factory version. (in your case, 7.12.1)

your best course of action is to open a support ticket

and maybe post your (sanitized) config in the forum, so other people can try to help

Hello, I have an RB1100AHx4, after updating to version 7.16 the routing table starts to duplicate every time the BGP sessions are reconnected.
If the session is disconnected, the routes remain active. I downgraded to version 7.15.3 which does not have that problem.
