Can I make a configuration like this?

[Mikrotik 1]--------[ISP ROUTER]------[Mikrotik 2]
I would like [Mikrotik 1] and [Mikrotik 2] to provide two WiFi access points in a mesh (CAPsMAN ?).
Additionally, I would like the whole system to be one network, i.e. devices connected via LAN cable to [ISP ROUTER] would have the same address as those connected via WiFi to the Mikrotik.
