Router got disconnected automatically

Hello,

I have CCR1016-12G router in my network. When we access this router through winbox v6.5 , router got disconnected automatically within 2-3 min. there is link connectivity issue in between my system to router.

can anyone suggest the exact cause can be . I also attached the screen shot for ready ref..

Is there any packet loss when you ping the router from the computer?
Are you connected directly when it happens, or are there any devices in the middle?
