I’m Using Mikrotik 2.9.27 and i want to be able to login to my server remotely, so i suggest that i would write a script on a free domain that can get the ip address of my ADSL Router and tie it with my free domain name.
Also the same method i want to use with my server can i do it ???
please search for that on the forum, also, i would suggest you to upgrade to newest available version as 2.9.27 is very outdated.

There is no doubt that Mikrotik ROS have a very distinct versions in performance, efficiency and effectiveness through experience, also Mikrotik engineers working hard always to create better versions , bugs free and higher features.
