Which is the best mode in clients side , To make the routerboards work as a router with ppoe account or just let it as bridge and put the account in the router inside client’s home.
From a WISP perspective, setting your CPE as router dialing PPPoE, leaving the Access Point as a etherX/wlan1 bridge.
That way they cannot plug CPE cable into the wrong ether of their router injecting DHCP into your network (you should set a filter on the CPE however).
I put som sxt lite as router and ether to the wan port of the router with static or dynamic ips on the router mode and it worked but did not put filters , filters should be in my ap routerboard or you mean in the clients rb , please I need a help about the filters, most clients have there rb as router and not bridge
