Router OS 7 upgrade - "npk missing, use ignore-missing or disable package(s)"

Hi all,
I am upgrading a Router OS Virtual machine from 6.49.6 version, to the current 7.2.3 version, using UI.
When downloading the packages, I get the following:

security-7.2.3.npk,ipv6-7.2.3.npk,advanced-tools-7.2.3.npk,routing-7.2.3.npk,ppp-7.2.3.npk,dhcp-7.2.3.npk missing, use ignore-missing or disable package(s)

If I try to upgrade from CLI, flagging ignore-missing=yes, the OS will not boot again, and I am force to revert the snapshot.

Any idea what could help me?

Thanks, and regards.

Those were merged into the main package, per the upgrade guide, which you should read carefully.

Remove them from your current setup before upgrading. (The guide should include this warning, but alas…)

what do you mean by removing?
System → packages → ppp —> uninstall?
And if I perform this, what happens to current PPP vps configurations, e.g OVPN Server, Secrets, Profiles?
