If I have licence for Mikrotik Router OS for PC, and hard drive crashed, can I contact support to get new licence or do I have to purchase new licence?

You are right,
Just contact support@mikrotik with valid reason, NOT sure about the charges, but i think you have to pay 10 US$ for re-issuing the license
Thanking you kindly for the response, was just wanting to find out before purchasing a license for PC to use as radius server.
As we are currently doing authentication on routerboard 333 and have found that our pings are climbing with every new user.
