Pls let somebody point me to where I can get reference manual for router os 3.17 especially for webproxy/proxy setup.
Why Transparence web proxy does not work with the firewall settings, surely something is amiss, pls help out.

Well you need to post your config for help with your firewall settings -
/ip firewall nat export
/ip firewall filter export
/ip firewall mangle export
and under /ip wwebproxy your settings there as well…
