Tenho 4 roteadores em uma rede OSPF e ontem ocorreu um problema que não consigo diagnosticar , alguém poderia me ajudar?

I don’t understand the language sorry , can you please check if the connection between two OSPF neighbors is OK ? there is no packet loss and the connection is stable ?
Full state in OSPF means that two neighbors have fully exchanged LSDB and they became adjacent neighbors ,
Two Way state is OSPF means that there is a bi-directional communication between two neighbors, they have exchanged Hello packets and now they are deciding if they are going to become adjacent neighbors, router forms adjacency with DR and BDR with all other routers they have setup a Two-way state.
Can you please tell us something about the topology ?
The main reason why OSPF is not forming adjacency is :
-link is down
- bad authentication password
-different area configuration
-wrong setup of Hello Interval and Dead Interval
