router RB951-2n unrechable

Hi all,
during upgrade of a router RB951-2n to 5.26 it became unreachable, I have tried with reset procedure and ping to 192.168.88.1 but router didn’t send me answer, I have tried the mac telnet using both mac on the sticker on the router board on all rj45 port and i cant connect the error was connectio timeout as the mac is not correct, how is it possible?

Check it step by step
first
do a hardware restart (turn of / turn on ) and check the light reaction
after that do a hardware restart
if you cant get answer , reinstall a OS with Netinstall =http://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.4/netinstall-6.4.zip

I tried to install the os with netinstall 6. without result.
I use following 1.rsc file:
ip address add address=192.168.10.1/24 interface=ether1
ip route add gateway=192.168.10.1

pc network configuration is:
ip 192.168.10.5
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.10.1

Pc is connected to router on ether1

I enabled Boot server and assigned Client IP address 192.168.10.10 and boot client address 192.168.10.15. ( I’m not sure if the client ip address and boot client adddres that i use is correct, could you confirm it?
