Router Suggestion for Serviced Office

Good day,

We are currently setting up a serviced office with 30 tenants. A typical tenant only has 2 or 3 employee using their office, sometimes 1 only.
Maximum client is at around 50-100 max, office spaces are fairly small and can only fit up to 2-3 persons.

ISP speed is up to 1000/1000mbps. Our plan is to create 30 vlans, each client has their own vlan and subnet.
We also plan to deliver 50/50max to each client.

Can the RB1100AHX4 handle this type of setup?
