Router will not get IP but Computer Will

Hi
I am having issues at a CPE RB411 ver 6.2 where the router will not get a ip address but when I plug in a laptop it will get and ip and works OK, I can take the router to a different CPE and it will get an IP address and work OK. The AP is a RB433Ah ver 6.3, I have tried different Routers and different computers, computers will work but Routers will not..

Where should I look for the problem?

do you have dhcp-client set up on the interface you want to get the address from? Also, what address you are talking about, IPv4 - use DHCP/PPPoE etc., ipv6 - no can do (actually PPPoE).

Hi

Yes the DHCP is set up because I can use the router on a different CPE and it works, I am using IPV4.
