routerboard 1000 boot problem

Hi all,
I have a problem with rb 1000 after entering /system reset-configuration. The device shows this picture only:

I treid press and hold c229 hole

and had no result. So, I cannot use NetInstall, because cannot access to boot loader.
Please help.

What baud-rate are you using on your computer? Routerboards by default use 115200 baud-rate.
