RouterBoard 1100AHx2 Crackling Sound Inside

The RouterBoard 1100AHx2 having a crackling sound inside the casing and every 10 secs. it will reboot and all the ports from ETH 1 to ETH 10 will lights up flashling about a second and not working anymore.

Anybody can help what is this problem and have a solution for this?

Please advice.

Sounds like a power problem. check the power supply to make sure it is stable.
