RouterBoard 133C3 not issuing DHCP

Hi there,
We are trying to install a Linksys Router Hotspot which is configured to accept DHCP (flashed to not allow Static IP), but it’s not receiving an IP address.
Sorry I don’t know a lot about RouterBoards, and I’m not sure how to login to the 133c3 to check settings.

PC’s are receiving DHCP addresses with gateway of 192.168.1.1 which is also DHCP / DNS address. But I cannot access this adddress via Browser.

Any help would be much appreciated.
