Routerboard 433AH and 3 XR2 Cards

Hello,

I tried to get the above but due to the design 3 cards did not fit, the sales person was not aware !
We do not live in any regulatory country, what would be the optimal settings on the mikrotik wireless for these XR2 cards ? The aim is to put these as hotspot boxes, the far the distance the better, data rates can be 1 mbps, with maximum range ! antennas i have are 95’ 16dbi.

I tried to look for the configurations, but could not find in the forum complete answer !

My question was do i need to set any settings so that i get max range ? what settings can i tweak without damaginf the card.
