I just bought a Routerboard 433AH with a 1600mw card and am trying to use it as a repeater station. I configured it in WDS dynamic mode. it works perfectly well when I used a short lan cable to power the POE or using the power adapter directly, but when I use an extended cable, the board reboots as soon as you try to connect to it’s via wifi. I have tried a different power adapter, tried a different wireless card with 600mw and I’ve tried different Ethernet cables.
Make sure power supply is enough to power the board and the card on maximal power consumption.
