Routerboard 450G goes on and then nothing

I seem to be having a problem with my routerboard when I try switch it on. the following happens:
All lights flash on,
It Beeps,
LAN ports that have cables in it flashes for a while as if trying to make a connection,
After a while it just dies

When I hold in the Reset Bios button:
All lights come on,
Blue and Orange light on outside stay on,
LAN ports that have cables in it flashes as if trying to make a connection,
My pc shows that its connected to something, but I cant seem to log in.
In wireshark I get the following while holding in the reset:
1517 557.324726 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 BOOTP 342 Boot Request from 00:0c:42:5b:8e:72 (Routerbo_5b:8e:72)

Is there a way to fix this routerboard, or should I just throw it out?

Thanks in advance/

Try to re-install RouterOS using netinstall.

 Thanks. That actually fixed it!

 Score! This was a routerboard they threw out today at work. Said it got static damage!

router is attempting to boot from ethernet. cause usually that nand somehow got corrupted, and it is not possible to boot kernel from it. So yeah, netinstall is the correct solution in this case.
