Routerboard 532 does not detect SR2

Hi guys
I have two pieces of SR2 with routerboard 532 which RB doesn’t detect none of them.

it is using routerOS 2.9.5.

any help is highly appreciated

I just upgraded to 2.9.8 and it is still the same

Hi, check the licence level of the Router

Its Level 5, it is suppose to have no problem at this level, right?

Check your license. You need L4 or higher.

like I said its level 5, and 5 is higher than 4

yes I already did it last night
