RouterBOARD 532 Kit /w PoE

I have been setting up systems in hotels. I set up two so far using the Level 4 on an old computer for Hotspot with splash page. Will this router board work as well? Is there enough space for the hotspot files? I use I Ethernet port for the hotspot, one port for office with no hotspot and one port for cable modem access. “RouterBOARD 532 Kit.” I would like a cheap solution that will work in most hotels for about 1-100 users.
