RouterBOARD 532 Poe NIC does not works

I have a RouterBOARD 532 for testing in my office, several others in deploy.
The NIC card with POE isn’t working. It is connecting and disconnecting.
How can bring it back?

connect your board to pc via rs232 and check status of this board… may be you will need to reinstall routeros or reset settings
