Good morning,

I m experiencing problem with my 750up using the power pack 24v 2.5A.
I have the 750Up using the port ether 1 to get power and also have pppoe-client settings enable on that port.
I have also connected on ether 2 of my 750Up a SXT 5 with stations wds for my link. And finally I have connected to ether 3 a RB Omnitik U-5HnD for my node.
The ether 2 and 3 feed the power to the equipment in auto mode.
The problem is that the 750up stop respond to the ping or even the winbox but I can still have access to the 5Sxt and the RB Omnitik.
And with no explanation, you get access again the rb750up. The error happen intermittent and therefore I can not give more details.

If anyone had experienced a similar problem and found a solution. I will take it.

Hello everyone,

I found the solution myself. may be it will help someone else.
It was a problem with the MAC ADDRESS. When you restore a backup from another MK equipment you restored the mac address also. So it was a mac address conflict.
Solution. Wipe it and reconfigure it without backup file
