RouterBOARD 750UP r2 losing config

Hello!

I have a RouterBOARD 750UP r2 running RouterOS 6.43.12 with pppoe-Client for WAN, VPN Access, CAPsMAN (2 mAP lite & 1 RB951G-2HnD over PoE) which is losing config every 48-72 hours.
Already tried to Netinstall with 6.43.12 but no success.

Can anybody give me a hint where to start searching for errors or shoud I simply replace this unit?

Nothing changed, but since Version 6.44 (6.44.1 actually) no more issues.
