I’m quite new to the subject and I’d like to repeat / extend the wi-fi signal of the Routerboard 951UI 2HnD connecting directly to it via ethernet the GROOVE A-52Hpn. I use winbox to connect to the routerboard and thus, once connected the groove, I’d like to configure it as well, maybe using the winbox terminal window and the MAC address of the groove: is there a way to do that (hoping easily)?
I read that groove is usually used as an AP and often comes already configured for such case, but being able to do what I described would make my job much easier since I’ve got only remote access to the routerboard and it’s phisically installed very far from me, so if i could tell someone to simply connect the groove and do the rest remotely by myself it would be perfect.
