Hello i’m new to using Mikrotik and have a few questions regarding customization through winbox, I need to change the config so that only Facebook and whatsapp-webbased is allowed on the network. No access to other website just these, I dont have the slightest idea so please help if possible with my question, Jake.

It shows you how to block facebook, but you can reverse this rule. accept only facebook and drop everything else.
You can setup hotspot on the interface your users are connected to, then use Walled Garden IP to bypass facebook & web based whatsapp
