is there a configration for ethernet hub function, maybe with bridgesettings etc. ?
because real hubs are very expansive today, and i need one of them…

No, you can make it a bridge/switch but NOT a hub. If you are wanting a hub so that you can capture traffic, then use port mirroring.
Why do you need a hub?
I’m working on a project incuding http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet_Powerlink.
Switches are to slow for this kind of industrial field bus, so i can’t use a monitor port for debugging.
