Is there any existing resource for comparing RouterBOARDs from a processing standpoint? I don’t just mean looking at the raw CPU Mhz/RAM - something more along the lines of how many NAT rules/queues can be applied for a given line speed? Something that would tell me - for a 10M connection, model X will perform well for routing without QoS - for “extensive” QoS use model Y. Or for a 100M connection, model Y - but for QoS/firewall use model Z.
I’ve seen Fasttrack make a significant difference - but still when you’re using 100M and up and trying to approach wire speed in combination with processing I can tell my RB951 can be a limiting factor.
