Today I logged in in a hAP mini, and I see in the logs a message “RouterBoard configuration changed” just after I logged in, even though I did nothing.
When I change something in the Routerboard settings, I get the “RouterBoard configuration changed by admin”, and I am quite sure that no change has been made by any user, since I am the only one that can connect to that RouterBoard.
