Hello!

Can RouterBOARD Omnitik U-5HnD work as an access point for clients?

I mean, will clients with mobilephones and laptops be able to connect on it?

Omnitik 5HnD operates in 5Ghz frequency. Laptops and mobile phones operate in 2.4Ghz frequency, therefore you will need to look for a 2.4Ghz device that will serve as access point for laptops and mobile phones.

It depends on what laptops and phones. I have both that can perfectly operate in 5GHz.
