I just upgraded a RB450 from 5.24 to 6.7 but it appears that the routerboard package is broken and stuck:
> system package print
Flags: X - disabled
# NAME VERSION SCHEDULED
0 system 6.7
1 hotspot 6.7
2 routing 6.7
3 dhcp 6.7
4 ppp 6.7
5 routeros-mipsbe 6.7
6 security 6.7
7 advanced-tools 6.7
8 wireless 6.7
9 mpls 6.7
10 ipv6 6.7
11 routerboard 5.24
12 routerboard 5.24
I read that the routerboard package got rolled into the system package in v6 so I’m not even sure why it shows up. Moreover not sure why it shows up twice.
I have tried disabling both entries by name and by index as well as removing them and they schedule ok but on reboot there they are again. /files print shows there is no .npk packages. I have reinstalled the 6.7 system package but they same problem remains. The RB450 is routing but winbox doesn’t seem to like it, it’s crashing as soon as I try to log in (it still works on other 6.7 routers)
Any idea what’s going on?
