RouterBoard RB2011L problems(DHCP offered)

Hi~
I buy rb2011L on June 1

I found that por5 can’t connect any cable (static ip & DHCP) yesterday
(any ports work fine,only port 5 can’t work, i switch any port to port 5… the cable end can’t work,If swtich port 5 to any ports, It will work.)

Mikrotik retailers claim that this is set incorrectly and unwilling to provide services
I have reset but the problem appears again

There are other ways to fix this problem?

The issue seem to be the restored

I reset(system → reset config → remove scripts)and step-by-step setting,unit operation is good

Once the backup is restored, the unit re-emergence of this issue.

I can’t confirm is setting to failure or unit issue or I am too old. :frowning:
