I've managed to finally get it working , Wireless Interface is Company Side, Switch Interface 1,2,3,4 is Local Side .

I've got two problems :
1st is , starting WinBox on a client behind this router and clicking on [...] , will only bring up the Routerboard I'm connected to, but won't bring up the routerboards after this router , can I fix this?
2nd is , see attached picture (ugly_diagram.png ) , can I have multiple routers in the network like this? So that 3 routers have addresses in the 192.168.201.0/24 subnet ? ( this is working, I'm just curious if this is a good way to do this)
