RouterBoard with mPCI-VGA card

Hi,

My company is looking at designing a wireless video transmission unit to accompany an existing product. We would like to have a embedded receiver that can display video. The video would be a maximum resolution of 640x480. Is there a good way, using the RB433UAH (for example) to get a video out? VGA seems the most appropriate, however we wouldn’t be opposed to another comparable method. There are mini-PCI to VGA cards on the market, are there any known cards that RouterOS supports.? Alternatively, USB-VGA units exist, are there any known units that RouterOS supports?

Ideally we would like a single-board solution, and the RouterBoard equipment looks very promising, I just want to make sure there is some way to display the video feed.

Thank you for your help.

Bump. I’m guessing the answer is no?

Hi,

This board has built-in VGA and 2 miniPCI slots for wireless NIC.

Regards, Grzegorz.

yes, simply run RouterOS on some small sized X86 box.
