RouterBoard24 & OSPF

Is there some kind of bug with the RouterBoard24 4 port cards and OSPF. I am using 386 machines and putting in two 4 port cards. So far the only trouble I have had is with the RouterBoard24 cards. They only enter the state “init” with another router.

This is more of a hardware question not a software question. If it is being discussed please point me in that direction.
