The devices like rb433ah have years no hardware upgrade or similar competitor with higher power, while not changing much power consumption.
Do you plan dualcore devices?
Maybe an Atheros AR9344 @ 750MHz would little speed up RB433AH and simplify board design because of integrated 5 10/100 ethernet controller.
