I don’t have direct experience with this board, but it appears to be an Axiomtek NA-822. Various people on this board resell stock Axiomtek products under different names. See the following thread for more info:

I use several of these in my core. I work for an WISP and they are very capable devices. I have not had any problems. They can push a lot more packets in comparison to Routerboard models.
Have 2, they work great. I have never rebooted since the first time I turned them on. BGP with full routes on one.
