I’m an ISP. I use Wireless Atheros which works in 2 frequencies 2.4 (800 mW) and 5.0 ghz (500 mW). I’m already
providing internet in 2.4 ghz using Omni 15 dbi. First everything worked just fine, but now I have some troubles
with signal. When i check the signal to a client it says that the signal is excellent, but when I check it in WinBox
the signal is really poor, is about -80 to -95, it has no power. I tried to change it to 5.0 and it worked just
fine… Then i changed it again to 2.4 and it worked fine for a day or two, but then i had the same problem… This
happens over and over again every time I do it.
It works fine with clients that are near the Wireless, about 1 kilometter, but I have the problem for long
distances, for which distances it is suppose to work just fine…
How can I solve This…
