routeros 4.1 does not ask for password

hi,
i just noticed that i cannot login one of my routers, via webbox, getting “Wrong user or password”.

i went to server room to check with monitor and keyboard,

it puts:

Mikrotik login:

i type admin ,and press enter, it does not ask for a password,but goes backs to

Mikrotik login:

immediately.

reboot it and upgrade it

24 hour trail license expired? Did you load a license into the router when it was installed? :slight_smile:

i will try rebooting ASAP.

no it was not trial, iam using it since 4.1 was released.

after rebooting,it never came back, boot process ends with kernel panic.
so i replaced it with a backup router, dont know what to do with it ? (ie the license ?)
