I tried to install mikrotik version 6.14 on a DELL R420 acquired one week ago,
after booting recognizes the sata hd but does not recognize USB keyboard …
Is there anything that can be done ???
On BIOS of your machine (this has nothing to do with MikroTik/RouterOS):
disable (U)EFI
disable fastboot
enable “old style bios”, the option name can vary
enable support for usb keyboard
Had already checked these options.
UEFI was disabled
Could not find fastboot option
and support for USB keyboard was also already enabled.
I installed freebsd10 usually ..
BUT not the mikrotik, when starts the boot from the installation CD, the keyboard numlock LED turn off, become disabled
