Hi,
I have a working PIM configuration on the latest stable RouterOS version 6. When moving to RouterOS 7.2, I cannot make it work. Here are my questions:
- Is PIM-SM working at all for anybody ? (I cannot make my previous configuration work, but the v7 Routing PRotocol status page says that intial tests for PIM-SM are ok: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/v7+Routing+Protocol+Status)
- Is there a page explaining how to move the configuration from v6 to v7 ? I only found https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=61767728 which is quite empty.
- I cannot find find MFC (https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Routing/Multicast#Multicast_forwarding_cache_status), is it available anywhere (it is not under “/routing/pimsm”) ?
- In winbox (3.35) I have a glitch: after having added the RP, if I close then reopen the window, the line with the RP is still here, but is empty (no text displayed) if I double click on it, I can edit it and the configuration is correctly displayed. Are you also facing this issue ?
