[RouterOS 7] RB1100x4 missing delay-variation and reorder features

- : Need delay+jitter and packet reordering for network impairment testing
- Issue : queue tree delay parameter not available, firewall reorder action not found
- Request: Testing IPC cameras under poor network conditions

Variable delay (0-1000ms) with jitter control

Packet reordering to test IPC (cameras) and NVR resilience

Combined with existing packet loss (action=drop random=) and duplication features

If these features are not available for RB1100x4 due to hardware limitations:

  1. Which MikroTik device models fully support these network impairment features?

  2. What would be the recommended upgrade path?

you can convince them to add the feature just for you.
