Dear Microtikers,
I am a newbie so please be kind.
I have a Cisco 1800 series router that also acts as a DHCP server. Attached to this is a switch with about 8 wireless access points hanging off it.
I would like to put the RouterOS between the Cisco router and the users. I would like the RouterBoard to operate as the DHCP, I would also like to use the hotspot gateway. All the IPs on the network can be changed.
Can someone explain how I would set the RouterOS up as the DHCP server in this kind of environment?
