I got a CRS125-24G-1S in control with 6.34.4. I absolutely cant upgrade or change a routerOS at the board.
I tried several versions (include a try to downgrade).
I put a package file into the router and reboot. And nothing change.
Package still on the disk and i have not any records at log, so i even cant guess what is a root of a problem.
This device also locate about 250 km from me, so i have no way to take a walk there.
Are your logging rules intact? - Yes
Are there other files present? - No. Only a main package, nothing more.
Did you download packages for the correct architecture? - Yes. Tried to put package manual, and also to download thru routerOS functionality.
Are you using combi package or separate packages? - Combi package.
Which packages exactly? - routeros-mipsbe-6.43.2.npk
*By the way: I have a second device (same model), that had a same rOS vertion - 6.34.4, but it updated to 6.43.2 correctly and have no any problems.
Did you check available flash memory space? There was one SW around 6.34 which completely corrupted FLASH memory
and prevented SW upgrade process to pass. SW package was just sitting there after reboot and nothing in log or error
why it did not work… Only solution was net install
